Sara Karlin, DDS
Dr. Sara Karlin is a board-certified pediatric dentist and Adjunct Faculty member at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. She also maintains a private practice in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Karlin earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her D.D.S. from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She went on to complete specialty training at New York University and Bellevue Hospital Center, earning her certificate in Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Karlin is the primary author of “Dental and Oral Considerations in Pediatric Celiac Disease” published in the Journal of Dentistry for Children (May 2016), and she has co-authored multiple online continuing education courses for oral healthcare providers. Her work emphasizes the critical connections between nutrition, systemic health, and pediatric oral health.
